Changes within the Gemius management

The owner of Gemius SA research agency, Trigon fund, has introduced changes within the composition of the Management Board of the company. Artur Zawadzki, the hitherto Vice-President of the Board, has been appointed President of the Board.

Artur Zawadzki has worked for Gemius SA for eight years. In June 2003 he was appointed Vice-President of the Board as well as Sales and Marketing Director. He has worked for many years now on the development of the internet in Poland by promoting modern e-business solutions. During the years 2003 – 2005, as Vice-President of the Board and Research Director at the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Poland, he dealt with the interactive market by supervising the work of the Research Department.

Artur Zawadzki, as President of the Board, will replace Piotr Ejdys, who has held that position since February 2001. Piotr Ejdys will become Member of the Supervisory Board, being simultaneously responsible for IT in the Gemius Group and directly supervising the development of AdOcean company.

Moreover, new members have been appointed to the Gemius Board – Jakub Wysoczański, Financial Director, and Filip Pieczyński, Director of the International Operations Department. Together with the new President of the Board, Artur Zawadzki, and the Research and Marketing Director, Jarosław Pawlak, they will form a four-person Management Board of the company.
